I had a wonderful session with Remy and Katrina’s family on Saturday. They are good friends that I have known for more than ten years, even before they were even dating! It has been fun seeing their family grow, first with Nani (the lighter colored Italian Greyhound), then with the birth of Kimberly who is now almost one, and finally with the adoption of Oscar, the darker IG. Kimberly is such a doll and just loves to observe and smile and the IGs have so much spirit and character. Thanks for a fun session!
These images are part of an incredible photo shoot that I had in the alleys of downtown Chicago. I first met Isabel in Spanish class in our freshman year in high school. Yes, that was a LONG time ago! I vaguely recall that we were troublemakers in the back row of class. =) Isabel is currently an actress working in the Chicago area and mostly does theatre and voiceovers, but I’m sure she’d entertain any multi-million dollar offers to work in TV or movies. Anyways, Isabel and her daughter, Maggie, got up especially early to meet me downtown at 8am on a cold (below freezing) and windy morning. We had a blast walking around and shooting in the alleys downtown. I hope you like them Isabel!
